HOW IS THIS LEGAL?
Unknown to many, the 2018 Farm Bill passed by Congress legalized many parts of the cannabis plant and made a distinction between Marijuana and Hemp. Under the 2018 farm bill products containing less than .3% Delta 9 THC on a dry weight basis are legal and considered hemp in all 50 States. All of our products are derived from hemp plants and due to total weight of the product, it contains less than .3% THC on a dry weight basis.

WHAT'S THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN 
HEMP AND MARIJUANA?
Hemp and marijuana are the same plant species—cannabis. Their only difference is a legal distinction. Hemp is cannabis with a 0.3% or lower concentration of Delta-9 THC on a dry weight basis. Marijuana is cannabis with any concentration above that.

HOW MUCH THC SHOULD I CONSUME?
If this is your first time consuming THC we suggest starting off with a half of a 5MG Can ( 2.5MG THC). Wait 30 minutes and see how you feel. If you’ve consumed THC before we suggest starting with a 5MG can. 

WILL I GET A BUZZ?
Yes, all of our products contain THC. THC is the good stuff that gets you “high”. We combine all of our products with THC + CBD which provides a balanced buzz that's more equal to having a couple glasses of wine. Please note if you get tested for THC at work or school, you will fail the test.

WHAT IS WATER SOLUBLE THC?
Water Soluble THC is the future of edibles. Normally THC does not dissolve in water so our extract manufacturers extract the THC and separate the THC into tiny little particles that allow it to dissolve fully into water. Not only do you feel more, but you feel it much more quickly than your old school edibles. Typically you will begin to feel our products within 15-30 minutes.

DO ANY OF THE DRINKS CONTAIN ALCOHOL?
No - All of our drinks contain zero alcohol.

HOW DO YOU SHIP CANS?
We ship all of our cans using a protected shipping box specifically built for cans. If for some reason your cans arrive damaged please contact us so we can help you further.

DO I NEED TO REFRIGERATE THE CANS?
Our drinks are best enjoyed cold but they are shelf stable for up to 6 months so no need to store in the fridge immediately upon arrival.

DO YOU SELL OTHER CANNABIS PRODUCTS?
Yes! Our parent company Mama Munchies specializes in Edibles. We currently have one retail location along Las Olas in Fort Lauderdale, FL but we will be opening new locations late 2023.
